DDX Doctor Site Setup and Case Submission
Setup for new customers: Click signup on the DDX portal below and create your account in just a few minutes.
To submit a case: Log into you're DDX account using the DDX portal below and fill out the required fields. The portal below allows for only case submission and to access the full features of DDX, such as messaging, case tracking, bill pay, etc., you can login to your full DDX site by clicking here. Please see additional instructions and case timelines in our workflow below.

Our workflow is an easy two steps:

Submit a case

Case Evaluation
1. Create a new patient in DDX Here
2. Select evaluation as the product
3. Upload Photos and Xrays
4. Add any notes or specific questions in the notes section
5. Submit the case
New Invisalign Clincheck Treatment Plan
1. Submit your Invisalign case to your Invisalign doctor site including all records.
2. Fill out the prescription on the Invisalign doctor site to the best of your ability. Leave standard Invisalign selections where unsure. Select Invisalign lite as the case type if unsure.
3. Order our CAG services on DDX. Simply put the patients name , DOB, and select your desired service.
4. Message us in DDX to let us know you're first clincheck in your Invisalign doctor site is ready to review.

Receive your order

Case Evaluation
Your digital case evaluation will be submitted by our expert orthodontist in the notes section of the case on your DDX doctor site within 72 hours.
New Invisalign Clincheck Treatment Plan
Process:
1. We receive a message in DDX from our customer notifying us the initial clincheck plan is ready.
2. CAG Orthodontist will prepare a customized clincheck plan based on the Dentist's prescription in your Invisalign account. This will usually require 2-5 modifications.
2. A message will be sent in DDX notifying you when the clincheck is ready to be reviewed.
3. The dentist will then review the clincheck in his or or her Invisalign account and request a modification via a note within the patients file in DDX (if necessary) OR
4. The Dentist will then approve the final desired clincheck treatment plan in his or her Invisalign account and message CAG in DDX via note notifying CAG that the case has been approved.
5. Invisalign manufactures, ships, and invoices the case.
Timeline
Initial Proposed Clincheck from Invisalign
Digital Impressions: 3-5 business days.
PVS impressions: 7-10 business days
+/- a few days depending on Invisalign production times.
CAG Ortho Treatment Planning: 5-7 business days.
+/- a few days depending on Invisalign production times.
Manufacturing and shipping: once approved, you will receive the case usually within 7 business days from Invisalign.
Recommended Patient Scheduling: 3 weeks from the day of scan. Add one extra week for PVS impressions.
